- Experience leading a multi-brand dealership team.
- Proven track record improving workshop performance.
- Strong customer service focus and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Drive workshop technician team performance to maximise efficiency and first-time fix.
- Lead the customer-facing team to maximise Upsell
- Adopt new digital systems as part of the digitalisation strategy
- Develop skills, knowledge and career progression of team members
- Optimise operational processes within the Customer Journey (e.g. Vehicle Health Checks)
- Ensure compliance with DVSA MOT and Health & Safety regulations
- Make an impact across the department and dealership.
