Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking an Aftersales Manager for Audi Whetstone in London to lead our parts, technicians and service advisors and drive outstanding customer service. You will coach teams, monitor performance against targets and budgets, analyse gaps and implement improvements, and contribute to service strategy.

Working in our aftersales department as an Aftersales Manager you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.
