Our client is a multi-franchise-approved car dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Cardiff area.

Requirements
  • An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer.
  • A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service.
  • Strong Technical knowledge.
  • An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & can motivate their team to success.
  • IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
Responsibilities
  • Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams.
  • Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams.
  • Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded.
  • Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.

The salary for this position is £60,000 basic with a potential OTE of £75,000.
