Job summary

Fresh Direct is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our Bicester depot on the 14:00–22:00 shift, Wednesday to Sunday (rest days Monday and Tuesday). The role focuses on acting as the vital link between operations, warehouse and stock teams, handling office tasks, reviewing documents, and building Excel charts.

You should have office experience and good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office; SAP or D365 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior office experience and strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP or D365 would be a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between operations, warehouse and stock teams; ensure seamless communication and support.
• Create Excel-based charts and tables; maintain quality control for reports and documentation.
• Review documents and manage paper-based systems; support warehouse operations when needed.
