Job summary

Fresh Direct is seeking Warehouse Operatives in Bicester to join a multi-temperature warehouse team. Roles include full-time (40 hrs pw) and part-time shifts starting at 06:00, with 4x10h or 5x8h options, and part-time schedules 8–30 hrs pw across 1–3 shifts. Salary £29,199 per year plus great benefits and ongoing training.

You’ll handle picking, packing, replenishment, and loading while following health and food safety procedures. Transport independence is required due to site transport links.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Basic language skills and the ability to perform simple calculations.
• Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack quality products for customers.
• Replenish stock and load onto lorries.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and swiftly.
• Work within health and food safety procedures.
• Support the team in a multi-temperature warehouse environment.
