Job summary

Pertemps Network Catering is seeking a DBS-cleared School Cleaner for flexible after-school shifts in Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will clean classrooms, offices and restrooms, maintain high hygiene standards and report hazards. The role offers weekly pay, ongoing opportunities, and holiday pay.

An Enhanced DBS is required, COSHH knowledge preferred, and professional communication in English. You should have 6 months of cleaning experience and be able to follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 6+ months cleaning experience in a school or similar environment.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, COSHH.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (paid by applicant).
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks across offices, restrooms, hallways and classrooms.
• Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Remove and dispose of waste safely and replenish supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and report hazards to the supervisor.
