Job summary

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is seeking a part-time School Cleaner for Dudley Borough schools. Shifts are 7am–9am or 3pm–6pm with ad-hoc cover. Duties include cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and common areas following each site's procedures.

Enhanced DBS and immediate availability are essential. Suitable candidates will have school or education-sector cleaning experience and be reliable and punctual. Regular school-based work with weekly pay in a professional environment.

• Previous Cleaner experience
• Complete 5-year work history
• 2 UK employment references
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• School or education-sector Cleaner experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms and corridors – vaccuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting to keep teaching areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Clean toilets and communal areas (i.e., Toilets, sinks, floors, and shared areas)
• Follow schools cleaning procedures and ensure all areas are cleaned safely, efficiently, and consistently.
• Follow health & safety procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Ensure the school remains clean, welcoming, and suitable for pupils, staff, and visitors
