Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking a DBS cleaner for a primary school in Cheltenham. The role covers cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas after school hours, with a focus on hygiene and safety in a school environment.

The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe, welcoming space for pupils and staff, working Monday to Friday, 3:15pm–5:45pm for £14.24 per hour. DBS check is required or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience is desirable.
• Must be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• DBS check required or willing to obtain one.
• Experience in a school environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general cleaning duties
• Emptying bins and maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Following school cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate person
