Job summary

Royal Mail are looking for Delivery Drivers to distribute parcels and letters across the local area, supporting one of the UK's most trusted brands. You will drive and/or walk a fixed route, delivering with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

Role involves 5-day weeks (Mon–Sat) with shifts from 14:00 to 21:00 and a basic pay rate of £16.24 per hour. A DBS check is required during the application process.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, with no more than six points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Upbeat and self-motivated.
• Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
• Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Resilience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels and letters quickly and efficiently, by driving and/or walking on a dedicated route, while maintaining high integrity standards and friendly customer service.
• Sorting of mail/parcels within the delivery office.
