We're looking for a Aftercare Coordinator to join a growing property developer's aftercare team in London. This is a hybrid role based in London two days a week, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for new homeowners helping them navigate everything from initial enquiries to resolving warranty issues and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
Handling customer queries via phone, email and webchat from the first point of contact through to resolution
Coordinating warranty and aftercare issues with contractors and internal teams
Keeping customers informed, following up promptly, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
Logging interactions and updates accurately in internal systems
Occasionally visiting new developments to investigate or follow up on issues
Escalating more complex cases when needed but always aiming for a positive, efficient outcome
Solid customer service experience, especially if it's in housing, new build aftercare, or property management
A calm, confident communicator who can handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
Someone organised and detail-oriented, who enjoys bringing structure to busy days
Bonus points if you've worked with defect management or understand new build warranty processes
A driving licence and access to a car would be helpful, as occasional travel to developments is involved
A competitive salary of £35,000
5% annual bonus
35 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), with the option to buy or sell extra days
