As Tiffany Client Care Specialists, we celebrate our clients by providing seamless, personalized experiences. Working in our friendly Aftercare Department at Old Bond Street, the role involves meeting clients face-to-face and over the phone to address pre- and post-sales needs, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly, and building rapport to guarantee an excellent Tiffany experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service that fosters lasting relationships.
  • Support operations and sales teams with care services, including repair processes and report execution.
  • Build rapport with clients to enhance their experience.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and appropriately.
  • Conduct quality control before and after services to meet Tiffany standards.
  • Act as an expert advisor on Tiffany services and repairs.
  • Maintain store presentation and operational organization to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, supportive team environment centered on the belief that People Make the Difference.

Qualifications:

  • Currently based in and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer service roles.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to multitask.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, retail operations, or merchandising.
  • Proficiency in another language.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
