Job summary

Scartho Gateway Academy is seeking an After School Provision Assistant to join our wraparound care team. This permanent, part-time role is 10 hours per week (Mon-Fri 3:30pm-5:30pm) during term time, with DBS checks and safeguarding training provided.

You will help organise activities, provide a healthy snack and support the Lead to ensure safe, supportive care for all pupils. Applicants should share our commitment to high standards, trauma-informed practice and building trusting relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in school or childcare settings.
• Commitment to safeguarding and health and safety.
• Ability to organise activities and provide healthy snacks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with after school wraparound care and supervise children.
• Organise a wide range of age-appropriate activities.
• Provide healthy snacks and support with routines.
• Support the Lead to ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed.
