Job summary

Ten90 Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Playworker to support a child with autism on a 1:1 basis. The position starts in the last week of October and requires attendance on Thursdays and Fridays from 3:15pm to 5:30pm (2 hours 15 minutes per shift).

You will work a total of 4 hours 30 minutes per week but be paid for 8 hours. The ideal candidate is reliable, active and enjoys playing with children, can build a positive relationship, and holds a valid Child and Adult DBS and is ready to register

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Must hold a valid Child and Adult DBS.
• Available every week on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a child with autism.
• Engage in play activities and supervise sessions.
• Commit to Thursday and Friday shifts as scheduled.
