Job summary

Junior Adventures Group UK is seeking energetic leaders to run After School Clubs at The Blue School in Isleworth. You will lead daily activities, coordinate a small team, and ensure safe, joyful play for children aged from primary school.

The role is term-time with holiday camp options, offering training and a supportive environment. Applicants should be natural leaders who communicate well, plan engaging sessions, and genuinely enjoy working with children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Ability to lead activities with energy and creativity.
• Good communication with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet children every morning and afternoon with games and activities.
• Lead after-school activities: arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports.
• Plan age-appropriate, inclusive, and fun sessions.
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver great care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health, safeguarding and company procedures are followed.

Location: The Blue School, North Street, Isleworth, Greater London, TW7 6RQ

Hours: 3.00pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.

Pay: £13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
• Lead exciting after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and (most importantly) fun!
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
