Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is hiring an After School Club Supervisor to lead our activity clubs in Hampshire. You’ll oversee a small team and deliver safe, engaging sessions for children aged 4–11, including sports, arts, and structured play.

Based at our Buryfields site, Odiham, Hook, you’ll build strong relationships with schools, families, and central operations while ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• DBS check is required and safeguarding procedures must be followed.
• Experience in leading activities for children aged 4–11 is preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team and coordinate with schools and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet children with energy and run engaging after-school activities.
• Lead sessions in sports, arts, games, and structured play.
• Plan age-appropriate, inclusive sessions that are fun and safe.
• Motivate and manage the team to deliver high-quality care and play.
• Communicate confidently with parents, schools, and central operations.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed.

Hours: 2.55pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.
Pay: £13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

As an After School Club Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of one of our children’s activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
• Lead exciting after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and (most importantly) fun!
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
