Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is hiring an After School Club Supervisor to lead our clubs for children aged 4–11. You'll work at multiple sites around Aldershot, delivering safe, creative play and a mix of sports, arts, and games, while building strong relationships with schools and families.

You will lead a small team, ensure health and safety, and communicate with parents and central operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
• Lead exciting after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and (most importantly) fun!
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.

Job description

Location: Various sites in Aldershot, Hampshire
Hours: 3.00pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.
Pay: £13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

As an After School Club Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of one of our children’s activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11.
