Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is recruiting an After School Club Supervisor for Lovelace Primary School in Chessington. You will lead a small team and deliver safe, exciting activities for children aged 4-11 after school hours, with a focus on play, sport, arts and structured games.

Typical hours are 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday during term time, with holiday camp overtime. The role pays £13.85–£15.10 per hour dependent on experience and involves DBS checks and safeguarding

• Location: Lovelace Primary School,Mansfield Road, Chessington, Greater London, KT9 2RN
• Hours: 3.00pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.
• Pay: £13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

As an After School Club Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of one of our children's activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4-11. You'll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
• Lead exciting after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and (most importantly) fun!
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
