Job summary

Koosa Kids (part of the Junior Adventures Group) is seeking an After School Club Supervisor in Chessington. You will lead an energetic team delivering safe, engaging activities for children aged 4-11, after school hours 3:00pm–6:00pm, term-time with holiday camp overtime.

Salary £13.85–£15.10 per hour, depending on experience, at Lovelace Primary School, Chessington. You will greet children daily, plan sessions, and build strong relationships with schools and families, while ensuring

• Full-time
• Location: Lovelace Primary School,Mansfield Road, Chessington, Greater London, KT9 2RN
• Hours: 3.00pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.
• Pay: £13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

At Junior Adventures Group (JAG), we're looking for passionate people to lead our After School Clubs (and Holiday Clubs too!) where play, creativity, and connection come together.

As an After School Club Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of one of our children's activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4-11. You'll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
• Lead exciting after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and (most importantly) fun!
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
