Job summary

Wise Owls Childcare in Maidenhead is seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our Clubs team. Opportunities include full-time, part-time and term-time roles in after school and holiday clubs, with a view to delivering high-quality childcare and supporting children's learning.

You will create a nurturing environment, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to planning age-appropriate activities while upholding safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years Practitioner or relevant equivalent.
• Experience supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through play and activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
• Support daily routines including meals, personal care and outdoor play.
• Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
