Job summary

Sunset Club at Cookham Rise Primary School in Maidenhead offers a part-time after-school club role. You will support the Club Manager in delivering high-quality childcare and engaging activities for primary-aged children, helping ensure a safe, welcoming environment at the end of the school day.

• Experience in childcare or school setting is desirable.
• Willing to complete First Aid and Safeguarding training.
• Friendly, reliable and organised; able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day running of the club.
• Helping to set up and supervise a range of fun activities.
• Supporting children’s wellbeing and positive behaviour.
• Supervising children safely indoors and outdoors.
• Assisting with snack time and end-of-session routines.
• Communicating warmly with children, parents/carers, and staff.
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures.
