Job summary

TEACH Poole – MULTI-ACADEMY TRUST is recruiting an After School Club Assistant at Haymoor Junior School in Poole. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3.00 pm–6.00 pm, term-time only, permanent.

You will support the after-school club across the 4–11 age range, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-organised environment. You will help prepare rooms, manage resources and refreshments, and assist the Line Manager with attendance records.

Qualifications

• Experience with 4–11-year-olds and their families; commitment to high-quality childcare.
• Cheerful, flexible, approachable
• Strong communication and administration skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the after-school club with day-to-day operations across the primary age range.
• Prepare rooms and resources; set up materials and refreshments; clear away after sessions.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and support the club's development and safety standards
