Job summary

The Perse School Cambridge is seeking an After School 'Owls' Assistant to join its Owls Club in Cambridge. The role runs term-time only, 3.15pm–5.30pm, five afternoons each week, caring for children aged 3–7 after the day’s lessons until collection.

Ideal candidates will build strong relationships with children, parents and staff, and work as part of the wider after-school team; some experience with young children is important, though not strictly essential.

The Perse Pelican School is looking for an assistant to work in our after school provision, Owls Club, which provides a safe, enjoyable and stimulating environment for children aged from 3 to 7. This essential role is there to care for and supervise the children following the end of the day’s lessons until they are collected by their parents/carers. The ideal candidate will be able to develop excellent relationships with the children, staff and parents and work as part of the wider after school team. • To work at Club Pelican (holiday club) for an agreed period (for which the dates will be published well in advance).

Closing date
