Job summary

Awin is seeking an Account Manager to manage affiliate programmes for advertisers across a range of sectors. You will advise on best practices, implement strategies, and train clients on optimising their affiliate campaigns.

Awin’s Managed Services AMT team focuses on proactive client engagement to drive revenues. You will work with a broad portfolio of brands, receive extensive training, and collaborate on wider projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role.
• Strong relationship-building and client-service focus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and agencies across accounts in your remit.
• Be the internal owner of all assigned accounts and provide information on metrics, objectives and status.
• Generate reports and provide analysis on performance with insightful commentary to improve activity.
• Take ownership of and streamline processes.
• Conduct regular client calls and support client goals.
• Develop and implement ideas to grow affiliate activities aligned with client needs.
