Job description

Purpose of Position

Our Account Management Team is seeking a new Account Manager to work on affiliate programmes for advertisers across various sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and strategic skills, with exposure to large brands and comprehensive training. The position involves bringing innovation and strategy to campaigns, maintaining client and publisher engagement, and delivering results. Attendance at in-person meetings and events is expected to foster client relationships and team collaboration.

Key Tasks

  • Generating performance reports and providing insightful analysis for campaign improvement.
  • Conducting regular client calls and supporting client goals.
  • Producing competitor benchmarks and advising on industry trends.
  • Optimising existing publisher relationships and recruiting new publishers.
  • Presenting confidently to internal teams and clients, including senior stakeholders.
  • Developing creative client strategies aligned with success metrics.
  • Building client roadmaps for achieving objectives.
  • Ensuring campaigns utilize the latest technology and tracking optimisations.
  • Attending local client and partner offices as required.

Skills & Expertise

  • At least 1 year of account management experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
