Job summary

Guidant Global, in collaboration with Airbus, is recruiting skilled Aircraft Fitters for the Broughton Wing Build Production site. You will join a manufacturing team dedicated to precision assembly and aero-structures in a high-skill environment.

Applicants must have a completed Aerospace or Engineering Full Apprenticeship and relevant experience in sheet metal, welding, or mechanical fitting. The role includes flexible shift patterns and a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Completed Aerospace or Engineering Full Apprenticeship.
• Previous experience in sheet metal, metal fabrication, welding, or mechanical fitting is welcome.
• Induction and relevant certifications in health and safety are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage in assembly, general fittings, and component installations.
• Conduct repairs on metallic and composite materials.
• Occasionally work in confined spaces or at heights.
