Job summary

Guidant Global, in partnership with Airbus at the Broughton site, seeks skilled Aircraft Fitters for the Wing Build Production area. You will help assemble wings for the A320, A330 families and the A350XWB.

Completed Aerospace or Engineering Full Apprenticeship is required. Experience in similar roles such as Sheet Metal Workers, Welders or Mechanical Fitters is welcomed. The role offers a safety‑conscious, team‑oriented environment with flexible shift options.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Aerospace or Engineering Full Apprenticeship.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or fitting roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage in assembly, general fittings, and component installations.
• Conduct repairs on metallic and composite materials.
• Occasionally work in confined spaces or at heights.
