Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager to drive supplier audits, ensure on-time, high-quality delivery, and lead A&A activities. You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain excellence in aerospace manufacturing.

You will travel frequently within the UK and Europe, contributing to a robust supply chain and enjoying development opportunities within a global aerospace leader.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Supply Chain and Quality management.
• Experience in aerospace or similarly complex industries such as automotive or rail.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Willingness to travel to discover new places and manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational interface with suppliers to ensure On-Quality and On-Time delivery.
• Monitor new product introductions, transfers of work, and engineering changes for serial production readiness.
• Evaluate supplier capacity, capability and performance and manage quality approvals for aerospace certifications.
• Identify industrial risks and implement mitigation actions and long-term development plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance improvement projects.
