Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited invites applications for a Structures Test Apprentice at AIRTeC, Filton, Bristol. The program combines Weston College study in Year 1 with on-site experience in later years to deliver mechanical, electrical and instrumentation testing across aerospace structures.

You will rotate through general test operations and calibration-focused roles, gaining skills in metrology, sensor installation, and data acquisition, with international site exposure and a chance to specialise

Qualifications

• Excellent hands-on and workshop skills, using a variety of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of test campaigns on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation tasks.
• Learn practical skills across mechanical testing, data acquisition and calibration.
• Travel to Airbus sites (e.g., Hamburg, Toulouse) and external suppliers for additional experience.
