Job summary

Raf Brize Norton is hiring an experienced Stores Supervisor to lead a stores team within a busy military aviation maintenance operation at RAF Brize Norton. The role supports maintenance of the A400M Atlas fleet and requires strong leadership and logistics experience in aerospace settings.

You will ensure accurate inventory, control stock levels, and compliance with health, safety and security procedures while liaising with engineering teams and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a stores team.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent organisation, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Solid health, safety and security awareness in a stores environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day stores team activities to ensure efficient output.
• Allocate resources to meet workload demands and maintain stock control.
• Receipt and processing of incoming aircraft parts using the AMOS system.
• Issue parts to engineering teams and support maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe handling, storage and security of aircraft components and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system data.
