Brookhouse Aerospace Limited is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Workers to join our team. The role involves fabrication, assembly, and repair of sheet metal components for aircraft and aerospace structures, following engineers’ drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sheet metal work, preferably in aerospace, with experience reading aerospace drawings and using precision measuring tools. Teamwork and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sheet metal work, preferably aerospace.
• Strong ability to read and interpret aerospace drawings and specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometres, height gauges).

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal parts for aircraft components per drawings and specs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery to cut, bend, and shape metal sheets.
• Perform drilling, riveting, and fastening to join parts securely.
• Repair and modify aerospace components to original specifications.
• Inspect sheet metal components to meet aerospace quality standards and tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineers and QC inspectors to resolve fabrication challenges.
