Job summary

Interaction Engineering is seeking a focused Aerospace Semi-Skilled Operative to join its manufacturing team. You will assist with manufacture, assembly and finishing of aerospace components, following drawings and instructions, and using hand and basic power tools.

Ideal candidates will have practical engineering or manufacturing experience, good attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset, with a desire to develop skills in the aerospace industry and contribute to production targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out drilling, deburring, riveting, fastening and basic fitting activities as required.
• Measure and inspect components using basic measuring equipment.
• Ensure components are produced to the required quality and dimensional standards.
• Identify and report defects, damage or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow all company, health & safety and quality procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

We are seeking Semi-Skilled Aerospace Operatives to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience within an aerospace, engineering or manufacturing environment and will be comfortable working with tools, components and production processes.

This role would suit candidates with practical engineering or manufacturing experience who are looking to develop their skills within the aerospace industry.
