Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager in Warwick to lead end-to-end supplier source transitions for new product development in a hybrid role (3 days in office). The role requires 5+ years of project management in aerospace/industrial settings, plus a PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Recognised project management certification (PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2) or active enrollment in eligible program.
• 5+ years delivering complex corporate projects in manufacturing/aerospace environments.
• Experience with supplier transitions, dual-sourcing and factory transfers without disruption.
• Strong cost-benefit, TCO modelling and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier source transition projects for new product development and cost-savings.
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams and external vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Develop schedules, manage CapEx/OpEx, and mitigate supply disruption risks.
• Define milestones, WBS, and resource plans using MS Project or alternatives.
• Report progress to senior leadership via weekly/monthly scorecards.
