Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Project Manager to lead a 6-month rolling contract based in Warwick. The role focuses on defining and executing supplier source change projects aligned with new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks.

The SCPM will drive end-to-end supply chain projects, report progress to management, and collaborate with global teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while building strong internal and external

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in project management software and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines.
• Execute end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Analyse impact and business performance of supply chain patterns.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses of proposed initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
• Manage third-party vendors to ensure project success.
• Review project performance and present status updates to partners.
• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests.

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Supply chain project manager on 6 months rolling Contract, located in Warwick

The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible to define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks. The SCPM will work across global teams and be required to report progress to management at various levels of the organization.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of successful supply chain project delivery. This includes experience managing projects, strong problem-solving and problem-solving skills, strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, and a proven track record to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in project management software and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing methods and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing team performance insights to managers.
