Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a seasoned Quality and Supply Chain Engineer to support quality assurance and operational performance in a complex manufacturing environment. The role collaborates with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure compliance, manage risks, and drive improvements across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has experience in supplier quality, audits, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision making, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in aerospace/manufacturing or highly regulated industries is desirable.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier quality and logistics performance to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and supplier assessments to verify compliance and performance.
• Track quality incidents and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics teams to raise performance.
