Job summary

Safran is seeking an experienced Quality leader to drive operational excellence in a highly regulated aerospace environment. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will lead a team responsible for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Military value stream.

You will own quality strategy, manage audits, non-conformances, RCA, CAPA, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure product conformity and right-first-time performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing Quality teams in manufacturing/aerospace/highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Quality team, creating a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and quality excellence.
• Develop and implement the operational Quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations while owning key quality performance metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with Part 21G, QMS, SMS, customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements across all operational activities.
• Own non-conformances, quality investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative actions.
