Qualifications
Degree level qualification in an engineering/quality discipline or relevant experience.
Experience within defence/aerospace manufacturing is preferred.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
Manage customer complaint resolution, including root cause analysis.
Conduct audits to the required standards and support external audits.
Lead MRB activity and maintain documentation.
Support supplier audits and manage supplier communication.
Oversee quality aspects of New Product Introductions.
Conduct data analysis and support process improvements.
Manage and update the Quality Management System.
Provide training to colleagues and customers.
Support company systems implementation.
