You will manage non-conformance issues and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards like AS9100. Qualifications

• Experience working in aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong background in non-conformance management.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or similar aerospace standards.
• Understanding of FAIRs, RCCA methods, and quality tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, manage, and close non-conformances within manufacturing.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance to aerospace standards including AS9100.
• Review manufacturing processes and propose improvements.
• Support audits, inspections, and documentation control.
• Liaise with production, design, and suppliers to maintain high-quality output.
