Job summary

Safran seeks a Quality Engineer to assure product quality across the lifecycle within SGB operations. You will lead QA activities, conduct audits, support EASA/CAA compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and conformance to customer specifications.

You will apply QA tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA) and perform 8D problem solving, with line management experience and a strong engineering background.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with strong QA background.
• Proven experience in aerospace/defence quality engineering.
• Familiarity with international regulatory standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality objectives aligned with company goals.
• Lead QA activities, including audits, QMS maintenance and problem solving.
• Coordinate product release and compliance with EASA/CAA Form 1 requirements.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and suppliers to ensure process quality.
