Héroux-Devtek, a leader in aerospace landing gear systems, seeks a dynamic Quality Director to lead QA across design, manufacturing, and MRO. This role carries full accountability for the QA system, ensuring robust compliance with EASA/FAA Part 21G/J and Part 145, while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in aerospace quality roles (manufacturing & MRO).
• In-depth knowledge of EASA/FAA Part 21G/J and Part 145.
• Strong understanding of AS9100 & ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the full Quality Assurance system across design, manufacturing, and MRO activities.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
• Lead audits with authorities, customers, and certification bodies; manage QA investigations.
• Drive QMS improvements and regulatory compliance through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide leadership to QA team and develop talent within the function.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to embed quality practices.
