Morson Edge is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join an aerospace client in Yeovil on a year-long contract. The role focuses on PMO business analysis of material and configuration data, with potential progression to project lead alongside the Customer Support Manager.

Key activities include managing commissioned projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to company processes, safety and airworthiness standards. Hybrid working 37 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to manage programmes and schedules, including critical paths and mitigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the business.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management of commissioned projects with assigned resources.
• Inform business improvements and capability growth through project needs.
• Maintain ongoing operations for commissioned projects and monitor performance.
• Capture insights on project interfaces to influence decisions.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Training, and stakeholders to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure tasks flow to functions with schedules and reporting per company processes.
