Job summary

Meritus is recruiting a Project Management Business Partner to work on aerospace engineering projects from our client’s site in Broughton, Flintshire. This is an IR35-inside role, £40.18 per hour, 12 months, 35 hours per week, onsite with occasional European travel.

You will lead PM governance, build end-to-end plans, manage risks and opportunities, report progress, and drive agile practices within the VSM team while coordinating with multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Engineering, PM, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience in project management within a complex, multi-function environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong PM expertise and governance across VSM streams.
• Collaborate with project leaders to drive efficient planning and reporting.
• Coach teams on best PM practices and Agile WoW.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans and dashboards.
• Manage risks and opportunities; track changes vs baseline.
• Liaise with Finance and other functions on cost and progress.
