Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace, Yeovil site, seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead complex aerospace projects across ECS, Hydraulics and Life Support systems. You will develop project plans, monitor milestones, and drive supplier engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in a project engineering environment and understanding of the engineering lifecycle from conception to commissioning.
Ability to manage interfaces with suppliers and integrated supply chains.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Create project plans, schedules, and determine milestones to customer expectations using earned value metrics
Monitor and maintain project plans, ensure milestone adherence to deliver on time
Create and monitor work packages for internal suppliers to support technical and schedule adherence
Build internal and external customer relationships throughout projects to ensure completion
Ensuring that projects run within cost, quality, and time metrics
Management of requirements, including validation and the appropriate allocation of requirements
Co-ordinate and Lead Design Reviews in accordance with HAY procedures
Manage project risks and mitigation plans.
