Job summary

ALOIS UK is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Buyer to support complex aerospace and defence test system projects. The role combines coordination, procurement execution, and material planning to ensure on-time delivery and quality records throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, maintaining documentation, schedules, and procurement activities from order receipt to delivery and closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or high-technology environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ERP/Procurement systems.
• Excellent Excel/Office suite skills.
• Familiarity with export controls and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project execution with PMs, engineers, and suppliers.
• Maintain project records, schedules, and documentation across the lifecycle.
• Procure materials, services, and subcontracted work packages for projects.
• Monitor supplier delivery commitments and resolve milestones.
• Support cost visibility and forecasting for procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality processes and audit requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
