Job summary

Parker Meggitt is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex aerospace programmes and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple projects. You will own governance, secure resources, manage supplier contracts, and coordinate regulatory engagement and certification strategy.

You will translate design inputs into integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources, guiding cross‑functional teams across engineering, systems, and software to deliver safe, certifiable

Qualifications

10+ years leading complex aerospace programmes with increasing responsibility.
Proven leadership of PMs, major contract negotiation and programme financial accountability.
Deep regulatory/compliance experience (FAA/ EASA/ Defence aviation authorities) and ability to represent the organisation to regulators and Senior Customers.

Responsibilities

Chair programme boards/steering groups and consolidate project reporting for execs.
Coordinate negotiations with OEMs, primes and certification authorities (with Commercial Support).
Manage cross‑functional interactions.
Mentor junior team members PMs; triage escalations and unblock strategic issues.
Oversee major test campaigns, regulatory submissions and high‑level risk mitigation.
