Job summary

Eaton Wimborne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of aerospace sub‑system projects across development, production and aftermarket. You will liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, manage costed schedules and ensure delivery to time and cost targets.

Reporting to the IPT Programme Manager, you will drive governance, risk management and reporting cadences while supporting capacity planning and identifying opportunities for improved customer service and funding.

Qualifications

• Experience managing aerospace or complex subsystem projects.
• Strong planning, governance, and reporting skills.
• Ability to liaison with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of projects to sustain and improve production and in-service aerospace products.
• Apply best practice project management to deliver on time and to budget.
• Act as primary PM contact for major customers within IPTs.
• Provide regular customer and internal project reporting and cadence.
• Identify and manage risks affecting production delivery over 6–24 months.
• Support capacity planning and SIOP processes for a 2-year window.
• Drive resolution of escalated issues through controlled planning and execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and funding where applicable.
• Coordinate project streams with Engineering and Programme managers.
