Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering background with production/manufacturing exposure.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
• Knowledge of lean principles and Green Belt level.
• Hands-on approach and KPI communication.
• Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with 8D and QRQC tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with people management and use of reports to support performance and attendance.
• Accountability for dedicated focals, 5S, Calibration, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Tooling, and documentation reviews.
• Ensure SOPs are followed at all times.
• Drive Continuous Improvement via mapping, kaizen events, 5S.
• Cascade policy and information across the team and wider business.
• Control WIP, rotable parts and SPT reduction.
• Ensure Airworthiness regulations compliance via procedure reviews.
• Engage employees; contribute to QRQC meetings and related action plans.
