Eaton's Bedhampton site in the Aerospace division is seeking a Production Scheduler to create and manage a rolling 4-week production schedule, supporting the MPS and customer priorities. You will coordinate with Operations, Materials, Stores, Quality and Network Schedulers to ensure on-time delivery and data integrity.

The role emphasises short-term planning, expediting past-due orders, and maintaining production flow, with involvement in daily meetings and continuous improvement of scheduling

Qualificações

• Experience in production control, scheduling, or shop floor coordination.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and production workflows.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage constraints, adjust schedules rapidly, and collaborate across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Short-Term Production Scheduling & Execution.
• Create and manage the 1–2 week finite production schedule based on demand, material availability and inventory targets.
• Align all schedules with the MPS and release work orders ready for execution.
• Resequence or reroute work orders to minimise constraints and maintain MPS alignment.
• Monitor WIFOL to prevent bottlenecks and review past-due work orders daily.
• Drive recovery of past-due orders through expediting and reprioritisation.
• Attend daily Tier 2 meetings, reporting schedule adherence, risks and actions.
• Reconcile WIP, BOM accuracy and material availability with Stores and Quality.
