Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting Production Operatives for a specialist aerospace manufacturing facility in Banbury. The role focuses on assembling advanced composite fuel pipes and fluid conveyance components to exact aerospace standards, following SOPs, and maintaining traceability.

You will operate hand tools and machinery safely, contribute to lean improvements, and work as part of a team in a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembling advanced composite fuel pipe and fluid conveyance components to aerospace standards.
• Following SOPs and work instructions.
• Using hand tools, machinery and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Completing build documentation for traceability.
• Maintaining 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Carrying out basic TPM checks.
• Supporting Lean and continuous improvement activities.
• Working collaboratively within a team-focused production environment.
