Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing leadership roles (Manufacturing/Production/Operations) within precision engineering environments.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies know-how.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing engineering and manufacturing talent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision making and KPI management.
• Engineering or manufacturing qualification (HNC/HND or degree) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational targets across EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) and support the site's Operational Control Model.
• Maintain visible shop-floor leadership through Walk the Floor and regular issue resolution.
• Lead daily operational routines and meetings, owning manufacturing and engineering challenges.
• Champion health, safety and environmental culture, ensuring compliance through risk assessments and safe working practices.
• Provide practical technical solutions to improve process efficiency, safety and performance.
• Identify and address manufacturing constraints, driving productivity and waste reduction.
