Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Aerospace or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to lead technical activities across the product development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of verification, validation and qualification testing.
• Desirable: experience with hydraulic or electrohydraulic systems.
• Experience using Siemens NX or similar CAD software.
• Experience using analysis tools such as Mathcad, CFD and FEA.
• Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical development of products from concept through to flight qualification.
• Translating customer requirements into robust engineering solutions.
• Supporting the design and development of high-performance aerospace components.
• Coordinating technical activities and engineering deliverables.
• Leading technical investigations and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinating development and qualification testing.
• Working with cross functional engineering departments to deliver success.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to developing engineers.
